I have felt very bitter about my life from time to time. I personally know how horrible it is to feel absolutely overrun with bitterness in life. For me, it used to keep me up at night. It used to have me talking to myself throughout the day. Some things I felt bitter about, it took me years to get over. That was long before I knew about the work I do now.
