At long last, this session is available--a session for situations where yourself or a loved one is considering or engaging in self-harm. This session is specifically designed to do for loved ones who are expressing suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self-harm.
I have set this session to have a free option which I encourage you to take advantage of if necessary!
This session is about 1 hour long and will guide you through what you need to do and can do for yourself and your loved one to get through this time of acute terror and stress. You can do it!! Keep breathing! This session will help!
